Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider
- Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TORVANI is not responsible for lost return packages.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
TORVANI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
